FAQs
I'm a paid up member of the Armstrong Siddeley Owners Club (UK). What is my discount code?
Your discount code is made up of your membership number followed by a hyphen, then your surname as it appears on the magazine label. eg F1234-Smith, Q27-Jones, 1234-Smith Jones, 1234-Smith-Jones could all be valid.
I'm a paid up member and my discount code doesn't work. What's wrong?
If you're a new member, the new code might not have been generated yet but you should have been given a temporary code (if you signed up online). Either way, please contact us before buying anything and we'll confirm the code is active. Unfortunately discounts can not be added retrospectively.
I've just bought some regalia and no discount was applied.
Certain categories on the website are excluded from the membership discount, eg: cars for sale, regalia, books and some others.
There's no picture of the part I want to buy can you add one?
Yes, we are adding pictures every day the stores are open however there is a limit to how many we can physically add with the resources we've got. If there's a specific part you want to see. Please get in touch and we'll try and proritise it.
The part I want isn't listed. Have you got it?
Again, we are adding more and more parts as quickly as we can, however there are limits on how many we can add in any one day. Please get in touch with a part number and if we have it, we'll add the part to the live stock list, photograph and weight it.
There's not many parts for my model. What are you doing about it?
The ASOC is committed to producing and sourcing parts to keep and return as many Armstrong Sidddeley's to the road as practical. To help you, we have a remanufacturing program. Some things are impractical to get remanufactured at an attractive price. We do however get parts manufactured, for example pre and post war waterpumps, coil and leaf springs, Sapphire king pins to name a few. These can have long lead times and take a lot of research. Sometimes we'll ask for expressions of interest and/or deposits to help with these projects. Sometimes there's a queue while funds are built back up to cover the next project. We're a fairly small club covering a wide range of models with limited resources.
